    What if they started:
    PG Wade
    SG Tmac (sign for min)
    SF Lebron
    PF Bosh
    C Shaq (sign for min)

and they would still have some money to sign one or two decent bench players.

Bosh would get to play with a real center.
Tmac could just chill and give any energy he has left when he wants and there never would be a lack of scoring.

    They should run

    PG: Lebron
    SG: Wade
    SF: Miller
    PF: Bosh
    C: ???

on offense and then for defense move Wade to the 1 and have Lebron guard the toughest matchup between the 2&3. Lebron can play the Magic Johnson role on offense.

Depending on what kind of bench they can build, that team will be sick. Mike Miller is going to be changing shorts 10 times a game after he sees all the open looks he gets.
