I'm pretty mediocre at Street Fighter, but I thought it might be fun to play a tourney instead of always playing quick matches online. Do we have enough people with PS3s that own the SF HD Remix on Clutchfans? And if so, would anyone be interested in setting up a CF.net tourney?
That's why I figured it would be fun. I think we'll be able to get some more novice players in the tourney. Some of the people who play it are superhuman in how good they are.
Doesn't tournament mode allow up to 6-8 players? Just set a night/time and have everyone join the same game. What's your psn so we can play?
How much is it? If yous guys get enough players, I'll get it and get in. My terms are that some of you play Fat Princess with me when it drops!
That's what I was planning on. Whenever we get enough people, we'll choose the day and then I'll set up a CF.net tourney in the lobby that everyone can join. Everyone should list their PSN in this thread too and throw out a general day/time when you would be able to play. My PSN is Al-E-Gator. I'm on the east coast, so I am a little bit ahead of you guys time-wise, but I can pretty much on any day in the evening. Also, if we get a good enough turnout and people want to play regularly, we can do the same for Marvel vs. Capcom 2. I believe it is $14.99. If you enjoy the Street Fighter games, the price is well worth it, in my opinion. All the sprites are redrawn for HD and look awesome. If you aren't good at fighters, or rarely play them, it may not be a good investment for you though.
