Speaking of which, we should cancel. The Air Force's rockets look like a much better bet at a cheaper price. The review panel said we should have nondestructive testing of the carbon fiber wing parts, to which NASA responded, it's impossible... Just gamble on that 2% chance of failure I guess.
I can't wait to see some of these rockets go up, I was reading about another one recently that will use hydrogen peroxide as propellant.
