Prior wants Stros to win

    The Cubs-Cardinals rivalry is as heated as ever. Cubs pitcher Mark Prior said on Sporting News Radio on Friday that he couldn't root for the Cardinals this weekend, even though it would help the Astros. "I hope actually that Houston beats their brains in and just sends them all the way back to whoever is in fourth place now," Prior said. Earlier this week, Morris said he wanted the Astros to win the Central if the Cardinals couldn't do it. "When we compete against them the games are intense but they don't have that 'I want to kill you, I hate you' attitude," Morris said.

    I wonder if they will lay down now that they are out of it, so the Stros can win.

    Who gives a flying fart what Mark Prior has to say. The Astros controll their own destiny.

    I find it humorous Matt Morris says he wants the Astros to win over the Cubs. Now Prior says he wants the Astros to win over the Cardinals.

    I wish the Astros had a heated rivarly like they do. It brings more passion to the game.
