    when i learned about him in history class, i thought to be myself that he was one the great presidents in history. He did so much for this country to be what it is today. Reagan did live a very long time and fought the Alzheimer's disease for many years.

    2. Scaled back the US govt (what happened to his party here?)
    3. Survived an assassination attempt that was a lot worse than we knew at the time
    4. An amazing speaker "They thought America would be passive - they thought wrong!!!!"

    too young to remember his presidency, but I've heard many good things.. always tragic to lose a former leader of the country .. thanks for your service to the country mr. president.
