Well, I'd actually like to see the numbers. There are no write in votes. This is not Europe with its St. Pauli Girls and Heinekens. This is America. Two Party system. Yes I'm in a very polling kind of mood today.
Ahhh Crap, I forgot to hit post a poll, could a moderator please stick a poll at the top of this thing with the question, who is the President of Beers, Budweiser, or Miller?
I saw the Budweiser Lizards last night in a commercial talking about Miller being owned by a foreign company.
Oh, you mean bottled water in a silver can? As for me, I'm a Miller Lite man...through and through. Only the choicest hops for me. A friend of mine showed up to a bbq at my house last weekend with a case of Bud Light and I made him leave it in the car.
i abstain. if i can't vote for dos equis lager...or fat tire...or shiner...i abstain. (see how i just snuck in some write-ins?? pretty good, huh?)
Shiner is like a poet, or a great artist; it need not involve itself in the riff raff of Political Beers.
agreed...have you tried the summer stock they put out?? it has a horned toad on the label. good stuff...
It brewed like a Kolsch, a beer that Koln Germany doesn't let outside of Koln boundaries. Still, its a good subsitute. My dad's from Germany and whenever I'm home we go and get this. It rocks.
pronounced coldbeer and the best beer is free coldbeer. Depends on my mood. If I'm outside and it's hot, I'll take a silver bullet. Like this old customer I had when I was bartending used to say, "Light beer is like to two Indians making love in a canoe. It's all ****in near water." I'm also a big fan of Shiner Light. My favorite beer is Guinness. Yes, I realize I didn't play by your rules, but you mentioned two high volume crap beer makers and wanted to know which one is President. I guess if I had to guess which one is President of crap, I'd say Miller. No wait.......Budweiser. No wait......Miller I guess it's a draw.
Like I said, the Guinesses; Shiners, Fat Tire, BellHavens; They all play different roles in the world of beers, some poets, some great artists, actors, philosopers; but not presidential candidates, that's for damn sure. Their too beautiful.
