Behavior like that would get you in trouble with HR at private companies let alone the government.

A proposed new law in Arizona would give employers the power to request that women being prescribed birth control pills provide proof that they're using it for non-sexual reasons. And because Arizona's an at-will employment state, that means that bosses critical of their female employees' sex lives could fire them as a result.

Wisconsin Assembly Bans Private Health Insurance Plans From Offering Abortion Coverage

The Republican-controlled Wisconsin state Assembly passed a bill banning private insurance plans from covering abortions except in cases “of rape, incest or when the health of the mother is at risk.” The GOP-backed legislation already had passed the state Senate, and it cleared the House early Wednesday morning by a 61-34 vote.

Rep. Joan Ballweg, a Republican sponsor of the bill…“It’s not a war, it’s what we believe whole heartedly,”
