Who's going to be the odd teams out? It's basically a giant cluster$%#@ right now with teams 4 through 11 within 2 games of each other. However, based on how each team has done this season, who do you think the 3 teams out of the playoffs will be?

    My personal opinion?

Phoenix: They're going to probably trade Amar'e. After that, they're boned. They started great, but they won't keep it up and might trade key pieces in their offense. I just can't see it working for them the rest of the season.

New Orleans: Aside from Chris Paul and David West, the Hornets just really aren't very good. Okafor is decent, but there just aren't enough weapons around CP3, or even good players, to substantiate a playoff run.

Memphis: I'm still not sold. Their bench is much too weak and the starters are simply going to be run into the ground. I expect a slump coming soon.

11- Phoenix. Can't play defense at all.

10 - I see the Blazers fading. They have absolutely no big men. Too many injuries. They're gonna keep slipping.

9 - Rockets/Hornets/Grizzles- Grizzles can't play D. Hornets rely too much on CP3. Rockets need a trade which does not screw up chemistry.

    11. Grizzlies. They could have Lebron, Paul, and Howard and I still would be skeptical of their playoff chances. They're the Grizzlies, and they have a looooonnnngggg way to go before they convince me they're any good.
    10. Suns. I've never really liked smallball offense combined with defense, and above all, they're old. If the Rockets, a much younger team, are be going to be ground down playing smallball, then so will the Suns, and we (well, not the past few games, but in general) play defense.
    9. I accidentally voted Thunder, but I'm going with the Blazers. They have even bigger injury problems then we do, and Roy's not as good as Paul. That simple.

Rockets are in (7th or 8th)

I say Portland and New Orleans are out.

so is a toss up between Memphis and OKC, depends on who finishes better, and doesnt show inexperience.

Ok fine. Unless a trade is made, I pick the Hornets as my third. So Portland, New Orleans and Phoenix.

Well said sir, I voted the same teams. I think Portland isn't a lock though, and depending if they have another injury might bump up one of these 3 teams.
