    Games 3 and 4

First Playoff games in 4 years...since Yao went down against the Lakers! so sad

Fans who will be flying into town would like to know when to book tickets!

Oh, and if the Nuggets keep streaking, y'all are invited here, too! I'll get a Luxury Box!

side note: Harden is too good for this to be a jinx thread. knock on wood.

Suffice it to say that I'm in jeopardy of jinxing myself once I buy my plane tickets.

Like I really have anything useful to do with plane tickets to Houston other than sliding into Toyota Center to lose my mind for two days. j/k

If that happens, then I don't need a plane ticket. My employee contract stipulates that I can move back to Houston for a month if we make it to the WCF and beyond.

It's only the early rounds that I have to plan.

I signed this employee contract as a season-ticketholder in Nov 2007....bring me home JAMES!

yep....it is with my boss at the time. We were closing down the small Houston office and they sent me to work at home. He said,

"What would it take to get you to move to Boulder."

    This was Yao's third year.

He thought I'd just move from Houston to Boulder because Boulder is cool, and everyone wants to work here. Nope. Not when it includes me giving up 10 years of season ticket upgrades to the best seat in the house/price. After three years of repeating my demands as a season-ticketholder...he complied. I mean, what did I have to lose.

I did give him the option of paying for my season tickets as a business expense.

HeyP, I grew up in Denver. I'd be down.

Those Nuggets fans are something else though. Melo's arrival was similar to the second-coming of Jesus. Awful arrogant type of ish, from my experiences courtside. "BirdMan" had a cult following...my damn.

That would be a fun get-together though.

keep rooting for their winning streak. Otherwise, we have to go to LA for game 1 and 2 with The_Yoyo and Carl Herrera. shudder!:p

cool you say that, but I'm not so sure I feel that way. I left Houston, afterall. I miss my seats.

So, Game 3 and 4, I can count nbafever in, right?

gotcha Anxiety Trooper (i'll send you my email address)...of course we don't know yet if Denver will get the 3rd seed. So it might be a different city for Game 1 and 2.

Dave2000, thx as always. more later! but keep rooting for Denver!!! You too Ricksmith!

game Four will be on the 27th, or 28th, can't say for sure for game 3. If Rockets match up with Memphis, it doesn't matter what night game 3 will be on, it will be on NBATV, so they'll put us on any day. I honestly think the same would be for San Antonio. any day of the week, it's on NBATV. A matchup vs OKC or LAC might get us on TNT, Tuesday or ESPN Wednesday.
