    All your picks are shoe ins to win except for Durant winning MIP. The Most Improved Player is for overachievers, ppl who weren't expected to be as good as they were. Durant is an MVP candidate, already avged 25 pts last year, and won ROY as a freshman. A rookie of the year will never win the MIP.

    So I'll go with Brooks for MIP. And for COY, if the Bucks get sweeped in the playoffs, I highly doubt Skiles will win. I'll pick Alvin Gentry for COY as the Suns have defied expectation all season; a strong playoff performance will clinch it for him.

    As daeyeth pointed out, a guy who averaged 25 ppg last year isn't going to win the MIP award. And as hyped as Lebron is, nobody is more overhyped on the defensive side of the ball than DH, so he will win the DPOY. I agree with your other picks, though.

    I would like to see Scott Brooks win Coach of the Year.

    MVP= Lebron
    MIP= Durant (more popular than Brooks)
    6th= Crawford
    ROY= Evans (Has the better overall numbers which will give him the title)
    DPOY= Gerald Wallece (best defensive player, on best defensive team)

    Does Landry still qualify for the 6th man award? I think he started less games than he was on the bench. I dunno, but he played more games with the Rockets than the Kings.
