We have 2 months left in the regular season and I always have believed March was the make or break month that can either set you up or leave you in a hole for a run for a top seed or playoff spot so how do you see the playoff seed finishing up ? here's mine East Indiana Miami Chicago Brooklyn Washington Toronto Charlotte Atlanta West Oklahoma City Houston San Antonio L. A Clippers Portland Golden State Memphis Dallas
Just doing the West 1)Thunder 2)Spurs 3)Rockets 4)Clippers 5)Blazers 6)Warriors 7)Mavericks 8)Suns Grizzlies are kind of losing steam after being on fire earlier this year. Not sure if they'll make it.
East Miami Indiana Toronto Chicago Brooklyn Washington Charlotte Cleveland West OKC S.A. Rockets L.A.C. Portland Dallas Golden State Phoenix *Gasol would need to have more than 3 boards for the Grizzlies to be relevant
The West 1)Thunder 2)Spurs 3)Clippers 4)Rockets 5)Blazers 6)Warriors 7)Grizzlies 8)Mavericks I think the Suns are in trouble. Hopefully they get in but I doubt it. OKC needs to find their stride before losing any more games or the Spurs will blow past t hem. Clippers need Redick to return.
1. Miami | 8. Charlotte 2. Indiana | 7. Atlanta 3. Chicago | 6. Brooklyn 4. Toronto | 5. Washington 1. Oklahoma City | 8. Memphis 2. San Antonio | 7. Golden State 3. LA Clippers | 6. Dallas 4. Portland | 5. Houston
1) OKC 2) SAS 3) LAC 4) HOU 5) POR 6) GSW 7) DAL 8) MEM second round: 1) OKC 2) SAS 3) LAC 4) HOU this is why i think its important to get the #3 spot. we would rather play the spurs in the second round. WFC: 1) OKC 2) LAC finals: OKC MIA
I want the 2nd/3rd seed but if we are in the 4th/5th seed by the end of the season, I would look to dry and drop to 6. I do not want OKC/Durant in the first two rounds.

I wanted to bump this thread with only 10 games left. What do you all think now? I have: East - 1) Indiana 2) Miami 3) Chicago 4) Toronto 5) Brooklyn 6) Washington 7) Charlotte 8) New York West - 1) San Antonio 2) OKC 3) Houston 4) LA Clippers 5) Memphis 6) Golden State 7) Dallas 8) Phoenix <br> I think somehow the Knicks creep into the playoffs. The Hawks are too injured and the Knicks are being put on Carmelo's back while simultaneously riding a Phil Jackson emotional high. I wouldn't be surprised at all if they get the 8th spot. <br> On a related note to the Hawks crumbling, Portland is taking a seemingly never ending swan dive. Meanwhile, all 4 of those other teams around that position are hitting their stride at the right time. Injuries and peaking too early do Portland in. I have them missing the playoffs.
final standing predictions West San Antonio 63-19 OKC 60-22 LAC 57-27 Houston 57-27 Portland 51-31 GS 51-31 Memphis 51-31 Dallas 51-31 Phoenix 51-31 East Indiana Miami Chicago Toronto Brooklyn Washington Charlotte Cavs
1. Indiana | 8. New York? 2. Miami | 7. Charlotte 3. Chicago | 6. Washington 4. Toronto | 5. Brooklyn 1. San Antonio | 8. Dallas 2. Oklahoma City | 7. Portland 3. LA Clippers | 6. Memphis 4. Houston | 5. Golden State I have no idea. Someone has to take the 8th seed in the East. Neither really deserving, ha. Flip a coin: Atlanta or New York. And the bottom half of the West is open. Five teams fighting for four spots.
Yeah the bottom of the west is definitely going to be a crazy finish. I predict Portland losing more than the rest of those teams though. Most people have the Suns out of the playoff picture for one reason or another, be it that the Mavs have too much of a veteran squad to squander a playoff spot. Additionally, some say the other teams have too much momentum. Or that the Suns are too inexperienced to clinch that last spot. Well, don't look now, but they have Bledsoe back and they're on a 5 game win streak while Portland is free falling. *cue Tom Petty*
