Yao= I think Yao will average what most analysts say he'll peak at already and have them eating their words considering the guy will not of even reached his prime so I'll say

    18 points/ 12 boards/ 4 assists/ 2 blocks/ .4 steals

assuming he gets a bigger role to play next season and improves his game in the offseason and gets more playing time. Assuming he makes no improvements at all I say similar numbers to his rookie year but due to the fact he'll probably get more playing time, his points, rebounds, blocks, and assists will go up some.

Francis= Assuming Francis moves to the two and puts on 15 lbs. of muscle like he's mentioned before in the interviews, I say 24/5/6.

Assuming Posey stays and improves his jumper in the offseason I expect him to have a big impact on this team averaging 12 points, 7 boards, just shy of 3 steals a game, and 100% hustle.

Point guard: Don't know yet since no offseason moves have been made for one. But I'd be extremely happy with a nice 15 points /10 assists/ 3 boards/ shy of 2 steals a game assuming we get a true point. But if we get a bigger, athletic point to just move the ball down the court, I say mediocre numbers but a bigger impact on defense. As long as the player knows his role, I don't care about numbers.

PF= Can't answer, but someone that can get ya 14 points without having a single play set for him. Hustle points. A double double guy, who can play good man to man defense and help defense. A banger inside the paint.

Well, I predicted Yao averaging 13pts, 8rbn before the start of the season so I was almost spot on. As for next year, I expect him to average around 17pts and just shy of 10rbn plus 3 assits in about 34 minutes. It would be his 3rd season that I really see him exploding and tearing up other teams.

Francis' stats will vary depending on how much he plays at SG next year, but I expect his scoring to go up slightly (2-3pts) and TOs reduced.

As for other players, its hard to predict since we are not even sure if they would still be with the Rockets next season, and the aquistion of other players would complicate things too (minutes, starting position etc).

    -G'day-
