They are currently an incredible 40-7 with 35 games left. I predict they will be 26-9 through their last 35 and finish with a final record of:

Record: 66-16, 1st Place Western Conference
Playoffs: Lose WCF in 6 games to the LA Lakers

Beating the Spurs in SA will be tough for any team in a 7 game series including the Lakers .

I think they will have the best record in the league at the end of the season , due to the fact that they want homecourt advantage for the whole playoffs.

    65-17

Playoff series against Portland (hard to predict before trade deadline) = I think they have good size inside and defends well... can probably take it to 7 and spurs win 7

Playoff series against Houston (hard to predict before trade deadline) = With the current team, Spurs win in 6.

They're still on pace for 70 wins. Wow.

I don't think there's any other team in the West that stacks up right now, not even the Lakers.

It could happen... if they swapped rosters with the Cavs for the rest of the season.

I can't figure out why the Spurs are so much better this year than last. Same roster. Richardson was an absolute bust last year, but is playing well now

Greg Popovich deserves to be a HOF coach.

That guy knows how to discipline players and get their complete loyalty. He keeps the Spurs relevant.

Win the Olympics by beating Team World. Evenly matched teams, with both starting guard as Tony Parker and SG as Manu.

They're playing better, simple as that. It's turned it to all offense and offense first before defense... different game plan. Everyone is playing well for them. Duncan doesn't have to do as much.

Everyone on that team has stayed healthy the entire year. Imagine if the Rockets were healthy the entire year. They'd probably have the same record as the Spurs.

I really don't want to win 70 games as a Spurs fan.

I would think there would be too much pressure in the playoffs.

I'm not going to say anything about the outcome for jinxing reasons ;)

I just want to win one more championship in the Duncan era

Would be happy if we could win back to back at least once but one more championship and I will be happy
