    Hollinger's are updated every morning and it looks current. Yes, the mysterious rating to all of us is the Raptors ....

    Why the hell are the Raptors always ahead of us? Aren't they just a slightly above average team in the Leastern Conference?

    [EDIT] It looks like Hollinger takes into account divisional/conference ranking. Obviously the Raptors outclass us there.

    Also.. they have a higher margin of victory.

    It's not like Hollinger sits around and manually changes the rankings every day like Mark Stein does. Hollinger's stats are based on a formula.

    The formula may be flawed, but again, you either do or you don't believe in Sabermetrics.

    But remember, Hollinger was also the only one to pick the Rockets to win the title before the season, and he was widely praised for it (around here).

    You have to take the brutal honesty both ways.

    no way you can take this seriously with Toronto at 6th, makes absolutely no sense.

    This is just a fixed formula rating like the BCS, but Raptors at 5th is just strange anyway you look at it. :eek:
