Stop posting these power rankings, I think my cousin's 2nd uncle runs these rankings from a big fish bowl. It's whoever is winning and once we lose a game, presto we're number 10 in the rankings after 1 freakin loss.
Who cares about respect. There's no statistic for respect. There's one for games won, especially in the playoffs.

i hope stuff like this doesnt make our team too cocky and/or complacent. stay humble and stay hungry. h-town and the j*zz are the best teams in 08 so it makes sense to have us at the top, but id rather not be getting any attention and staying under the radar. however, i guess the media has to take notice at this point.
Don't listen to him. Most of enjoy looking at the Power Rankings. It does mean something. It means you are playing well lately. We should enjoy it. Does it mean we are going to win a championship? No, but if the only time I enjoyed a seasons was when my team won a championship, I would be a pretty miserable sport's fan. That being said...Marty Burns has always favorable to us. I would probably rank us three or four with opportunities to prove otherwise in the near future.
OK we're good - getting better and better. But we're not #1 good. Not yet anyway. But soon. Soon grasshopper.
