    List your top 10.

    1. Floyd Mayweather Jr (tough to not put Hopkins on top though)
    2. Bernard Hopkins
    3. Winky Wright
    4 (3 way tie) Pacquiao/Marco Antonio Barrera/Erik Morales
    7. Kostya Tzu (he's too inactive to be higher)
    8. Juan Manuel Marquez
    9. Felix Trinidad
    10. Diego Corrales

    Honorable Mention/Waiting List:

Jermaine Taylor, Jorge Luis Castillo, Miguel Cotto, Jeff Lacy, Joe Calzaghe, Zab Judah, Arturo Gatti, Ricky Hatton, a bunch of Mexican champs in the lower weight classes that I don't know much about.

The only reason why I didn't is because while he is still devestatingly effective he's past his prime and watching one of his bouts isn't quite as impressive as wathcing Mayweather.

I think Taylor is going to be a good one. Can't wait to see him and Hopkins go at it.

Well the 10th spot is tough so you could put pretty much anybody from the "honorable mention" lsit up there and be justified. But Corrales can stake a pretty good claim to being the top dog at lightweight although Castillo has a claim too.

Corrales is coming off an absolute destruction of a pretty good fighter in Freitas last fall so that gives him the edge, IMO.

He'll have to face tougher fighters before he can move into the top 10.

I think you have Winky Wright too high.

    1. Bernard Hopkins
    2. Floyd Mayweather Jr.
    3. Manny Pacquiao
    4. Tito Trinidad
    5. Eric Morales
    6. Marco Antonio Barrera
    7. Kosta Tszyu
    8. Winky Wright
    9. Glen Johnson (based on last year)
    10. Vitali Klitschko (I'm higher on him than most)

Honorable Mention: Diego Coralles, Oscar de la Hoya, Arturo Gatti, Jermaine Taylor, Miguel Angel Cotto

I don't hate Vitaly like some but man he is just so not smooth. I had pains at putting Trinidad on my list at all because other than his demoliton of Mayorga and some can in PR in 2002, he's done zero for the last 4 years after being beaten soundly by Hopkins.

Pacquiao vs. Morales this Saturday, it's a HUGE fight.
I'm thinking about ordering it since it's PPV, but it's hard to get people to chip in $5 to watch boxing, it's basically a cult sport now.

Personally, I'm waiting for the Gatti vs. Mayweather fight. That could go down as the fight of the year. Probably the only fight I get ppv for this year.

Yeah same here, I don't know anybody who wants to watch it, and most of friends are too drunk by then anyway. But I think I might get it anyway rather than wait for the HBO re-run.

Gatti-Mayweather should be good but I just don't think Gatti can touch Floyd.

Floyd should make hamburger meat of Gatti. While I respect his heart, Arturo is over the hill and outclassed. He will be a human punching bag.
...and as great as Hopkins has been,Mayweather appears to be headed for even loftier heights.

Kosta Tszyu should atleast be in the top three.

He has been inactive before his last fight because of a couple of injuries (To his opponent, and then himself).

After a long layoff he came out and wipped the floot with Mitchel.

Other than switching one and two I have to agree with this list ~ I think until Hopkins loses he needs to be on top.
