    i want in FA are:

Nate Clements or Asuante Samuel CBs
    Adalius Thomas - DE/OLB/S
    Justin Smith - DE
Eric Steinbach (very athletic guard for the zone-blocking) RG
If theres no possibility of not getting Peterson, I would go after Michael Turner from San Diego

They could use a upgrade at every postion. Major needs linebacker, d-tackle, and o-line. Can't believe they signed Anthony Weaver to a 8 figure bonus last year.

Here are my targets. I only listed unrestricted free agents because little chance restricted free agents ever move like Micheal Turner, Matt Schaub, and Jared Allen. RB's target would be Chris Brown or Ahman Green. O-Lineman targets should be Eric Steinbach, Chris Gray, Kris Dielman, Derrick Dockery, and Jordan Black. D-Lineman targets should be Terdell Sands, Justin Smith, and Cory Redding. Linebacker targets should be Lance Briggs and Adalius Thomas. Secondary targets should be Ken Hamlin, Deon Grant, Asante Samuel, and Nate Clements. Also they should target a new kicker and punter. Hopefully they get someone like Briggs, Thomas, Green, and Samuel.

We are the CLEVELAND BROWNS of FOOTBALL and the old CLIPPERS of Basketball

    We can't DRAFT!
We can't sign good free agents!

We just know how to SCREW DA F.UP!

and try to keep below .500 for the next 10yrs until The TEXANS MOVES to a diff city and then we start screaming to BRING NFL BACK in 2020 !

Ahman Green is an injury machine. Asante Samuel or Nate Clements would be nice.

Will Travis Henry be a free agent after this year?

With the emergence of Jones-Drew, is Fragile Fred available?

Trade for Michael Turner, Marion Barber, anyone else?

    Dump Carr.

    Draft offensive line and defense.

Lou: Hey, Chief, we're going to bust up that crack house tonight.

Wiggum: We did that last night.

Lou: Yeah, but this time we got the right address. Uh, you coming?

Wiggum: I'd love to, Lou, but I'm playing tennis at the Simpsons' again.

[pan to the next aisle, where Marge is overhearing the conversation. Maggie grabs hold of her ears]

Marge: Ooh, Maggie, are your ears burning?

Lou: The Simpsons? You mean the Houston Texans of backyard tennis?

Wiggum: [laughs] Yeah. They're easier to beat than a suspect in shackles.

Yes, here's Luckyazn with yet another brilliant thought provoking post in a Texans thread. We all really appreciate your contribution to this forum...

Anyway, how is Leonard Davis doing in Arizona? Somebody mentioned him in the thread that got locked. Is he even worth going after? I was under the impression that he's been a disappointment, considering where he was drafted.

Plus he went to a school in Texas, so the Texans won't have any interest.

He'll get drafted by the Lions and Rocketman95 and Swoly will accuse me of not being a real fan because I root for Detroit to win.

As has been said, there already is a Cleveland Browns... and the Clippers were bad for an entirely different reason.

And last time I checked, our current crop of draftees are playing pretty well. Plus Kubiak did bring in some fairly good players in Moulds and Rosenfels; bad stroke of luck that Sage went down and Moulds could be effective if we had any kind of downfield passing game. Didn't we at the beginning of the season??

Michael Lewis - SS - PHI
Adalius Thomas - OLB - BAL

Draft Troy Smith. Heck Drew Brees is 6'0'' and he is gonna throw for 5000 yds.

No thank you. I agree they need a new QB but Troy Smith is rated as a mid first round player. The Texans will have a top five pick. Besides if they didn't draft Vince Young, they won't draft Troy. The Browns will be in the same spot as the Texans with Troy being a local hero.
