I really wish I could go to the viewing party in Houston, but I'm in College Station and I won't be able to make it. Maybe some of us College Station folks can get together at a bar or something to watch the game Thursday night. Let me know what you guys think.
I am in CS and would be happy to go out and watch a game. I know, Jeffster (another BBSer) lives in CS and also wants to hang out somewhere and watch a game.
That would be great!! I live in Bryan and have been looking for a bunch of people to watch Rockets games with. Count me in!!
Pittman suspended after being charged with indecency -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- November 13, 2003 By CHRISTOPHER FERRELL Eagle Staff Writer A Texas A&M University football player has been charged with indecent exposure after police say he masturbated in a university parking lot while smiling at a female student who was trying to park her car. Tate Pittman, a freshman defensive lineman from Odessa, was released Thursday from the Brazos County Jail after posting $10,000 bail. He has been suspended from the team, according to a release issued by A&M Athletics Director Bill Byrne. A female student was trying to park her car Oct. 28 when Pittman, 18, pulled up next to her in a Dodge Ram and began smiling at her, according to court records. When the woman walked closer to the truck, records state, Pittman asked her, “Can you help me with this?” as he motioned to his exposed genitals. The woman contacted College Station police several days later and identified Pittman from a lineup. It was the second time Pittman has been arrested in less than six weeks. He was charged with driving while intoxicated in September but has not stood trial on that charge. Texas A&M football coach Dennis Franchione said Thursday he would not comment and directed reporters to Byrne’s statement. The statement, issued Thursday afternoon, said only that Pittman had been suspended from the program indefinitely for violating Athletic Department rules and the university’s code of conduct. Pittman has not played in a game this season for the Aggies and was being redshirted.
Baqui99, I knew were a damn sip. Every program has their run-ins, our program just doesn't get it swept under the rug like ya'lls. As for the viewing party, someone set a place, I'm down. To find out drink specials at different places, go to http://www.aggienights.com/
I must say that was very funny. How long did it take you to think that up? No offense to you. I'm sure you are a very smart guy. It's just that I have a bad experience with Longhorns and stupidity. I use to intern with this guy from Sugarland at Dell a couple of years back and the guy was as dumb as a rock.
$2.00 pint night at Fox & Hound No Cover $1.00 pints all night at the Tap $5 cover for guys $1.00 wells and domestic drafts at Studio Lounge from 9-11 That's about all the good deals at the good places for more info on any bar on any night go to: http://www.aggienights.com/
u have bad experience with longhorns??? hahahahahhahahahahahhahahahah u aggies always make me laugh, great football game this year btw, and howd yall do in basketball again? u dumb aggies are losers
Tyree, It's always easy to talk noise over the Internet isn't it??? Who's the loser here??? This thread doesn't even concern you; get lost.
come down to austin if ur threatening me....whos the loser here? THE AGGIES!!!!! its part of the message board so i think ill stay here
heh, funny this turned into an aggie-longhorn piss fest so quickly. Well, I live in College Station, but I'm not an Aggie. Most of my family are Longhorns, I'm more of a Texas Tech fan myself. Anyway, I'd love to get together somewhere in B/CS to see a game, maybe one of the first couple playoff games would be good. I don't care about drink specials since I don't drink, I'd rather not have to pay a cover though. If we called in advance, we might be able to get a section to ourselves at a place like Bennigans or Outback or something. anyway, my email is jeffrageous at yahoo, gimme a shout, we can talk about this more. later, Jeffster
Take it easy man. Don't act all hard over a computer screen telling people to come down to Austin. No one here is threatening you. Yes, our football team had a terrible year and so did our basketball team. We had bad teams this year and we aren't afraid to admit it. Maybe you should admit that UT is Bob Stoops' b*tch just like I admitted that our football team sucked. Maybe Stoops can scored 70 on you guys next year and your "national championship caliber team" can play in the Holiday Bowl again.
actually ur other aggie was threatening me...im not acting hard at all, i was telling him to relax. and bringing in OU into this? yes we suck when we play them but as i recall OU COULD HAVE SCORED 100 pts on you guys...you could only talk about OU if you would have beaten OU, heck if you would have limited them to 70 pts you could talk....im not tryin to start anythign new here, just same texas=aggies stuff. hope yall can get something in CS though...im tryin to get people in Austin to get together
Truce man. Aggies and Longhorns have been fightin it out forever now and that's what makes life interesting. I think we can all agree that we are on this board because we do share something in common, and that is our love for the Rockets. Good luck in organizing something in Austin.
Wow. I'm not even going to respond to that crap. Good luck to your team this year, and the future. And for reference, my entire family went to UT. I happen to respect the hell out of UT, but some people make me reconsider that. I am a first generation Ag, and I wouldn't have it any other way. I only applied to A&M, and I was fortunate enough to get in. Now, I'm 2 semesters away from graduating from Mays Business School (tied at #23 overall with UT's business school http://www.usnews.com/usnews/edu/grad/rankings/mba/brief/mbarank_brief.php) and already have a job lined up with the Houston Astros.) Life is good here. Ags win with class. Now, let this thread die...the game is over.
congrats on B-school graduation...im in the PPA program at the Mccombs School, got jobs lined up also.....good luck to your team also, cause youll need it...
