I've seen it enough to know he's not learning fast enough, he keeps doing the same stuff, seems like he's too boneheaded at times

Too late to tank. Rockets are 3-4 games behind Chicago and Hornets.

The game was lost in the 3rd quarter by Ariza and Brooks.

With Battier, Ariza, Lowry, Hayes, and Jeffries we have more than enough defensive oriented players to cover any potential mismatches. People seem to forget we are also missing a giant seven foot five obstruction between the ball and the basket.

Was Brooks/McGrady that much better? Were we not in the top ten in effeciency last year?

who knows? Hornets beat the Lakers. They must not want to tank.

A team with Brooks as the fifth option would be the best offensive team in the game today. The great thing is, I could see an outside chance of it happening, although Morey would have to take a wrecking ball to the rest of the team and future draft picks to make it happen. Something like

    Brooks
    Martin
    Iggy
    Bosh/Stoudemire/Lee
    Yao

I imagine that would require giving up Lowry, Scola, Hill, Budinger, and draft picks to make all that happen though. Probably at least two of Battier/Ariza/Hayes as well to make salaries match.

Hey NOOK, to your last post I do agree. I am not sure that AB can reach the level of greatness such as Tiny or Isiah to overcome being 160 lbs, which is just dangerously small when Kevin Martin is built like a fairy. Unless we get something serious on the frontline, I don't think the backcourt will be very effective in the playoffs.

Manu Ginobili probably heard that alot of posters on this board were interested in him playing here and toyed with us!

If anyone still thinks Manu is washed up, eat crow! Dude still has alot gas left in his tank and once the offseason comes, I hope Morey jumps on him! Imagine Manu in Adelman's offense!

I hope the Spurs completely rebuild so we can offer him a contract!

Manu's stat line for tonights game:
    18 points
    6-13 shooting
    10 assists
    3 rebounds

Brooks may gain some bulk in the off-season. I wouldn't be surprised at all to see that happen. He would still be faster than 95% of the point guards in the league even with another 10-20lbs.

I don't see this. If anything, AB is below average in terms of basketball IQ among PGs. Lowry's basketball IQ is higher than AB.

I don't care too much because he will be out of the team.

WTF? Really guy? Only giving up everybody for said line-up? Morey would also have to sell his soul to the devil in order for you ever to see this line-up.

Umm? You do know that their is a such thing as a salary cap? Also luxury tax? No way in hell can we afford to have Bosh and Iggy!
