the players are not responding to adelman; something has to happen. either get adelman's type of players in here if the organization wants to keep him, or fire him and rehire a JVG-type coach.
I know he's a douche, but we NEED marbury on this team. He'd be an instant starter and brings size, scoring, and passing to the table. He's a legit NBA PG and may just go all out. We've put such an emphasis on this year that I can't see why we don't do this especially with Deke being back. It wasn't so long ago that Rafer was an even bigger D Bag up in Toronto.
The problem is identity. This team has lost defense, identity, fire, leadership and cohesiveness. There is no Tom Thib to mentor Yao or JVG hard nose coaching style to lit up the players. JVG did a lot more with scrubs than Adelman with all the talents.
We need to play with effort on defense this last two games we should play better defense, they play better at the end, we need to start playing 48 minutes of good defense. But no Ron, No Battier, no stopper.
that is what i am saying as for the game, it is frustrating, really. I know last year we were worse, but I just dont belive we will have a winning streak, it is not gonna happen. This team is going down quickly. It may be a loosing streak, for sure. Right now Yao, T-Mac are not clicking with Rick. T-Mac has to be the playmaker and the scorer. He needs to be everywhere. It is kinda sad, especially when he is completly out of shape. Right now this team looks horrible and the future is not very bright....
Its either the PLAYERS dont like Adelman or I dont even know. I really believe we need a new coach but im just expressing my opinion
