Face it, outside of Harden the Rockets' complementary pieces are nothing remarkable. Top to bottom there are too many teams that are simply more talented, younger, longer etc. Today's game proved that in crunch time, when it really mattered, no one could score or get a rebound. No amount of "scrappy" "high energy" effort by guys like Shumpert, Faried and Rivers is going to be enough to overcome lack of talent when teams start playing seriously in the playoffs. Even if Warriors break up, this team is not talented enough to get to the finals with nothing but bargain bin pick ups by Morey and cheapass Tilman.
