Prosecutors had "experts" testify that they are 100% sure that the actress was underage. The p*rn star in question (Lupe), heard about it and flew down to Puerto Rico and showed up in court without warning and showed documents to prove that she was 18 at the time the video was made. It pisses me off how the justice system can march "experts" that use opinions as facts. This guy could have gotten 20 years if she hadn't show up.
Note to self: Do not buy Little Lupe vids in Puerto Rico. That is seriously messed up that they were going to just toss this guy in jail for 20 years without doing a simple Google search that she is a legit p*rn star. I hope he can sue the court system somehow for wasting 4 months of his life.
