They are great and extremely comfortable---especially with a good tailor. However they are generally less durable. Most brands have specification they require their suppliers/manufacturers to adhere by, so durability would depend a lot on the company you're purchasing from. I have a friend who's manufacturer and supplier for many clothing companies, and they have told me that Brooks Brothers has the the most strict requirements for their clothes.
