He is suspended by his team. Selfish play and selfish behavior is not tolerated in Euro teams.

Sad thing is that we could still use him. Dude had issues, but he knew how to create a shot and drive.

Selfishness got the best of him before he headed to Euro for his career,he should of considered it comprehensively before his decision was made.

Money is not everything,at least money can't buy him a successful career. And one question haunts me in my head, could he possibly return to the NBA and when?

Tmac should get at least 47 min a game.

Maybe his offensive skill is good enough, but not his attitude, the way he plays the game and his basketball IQ.

That's why he's let go by 5 teams.

What scared me most about Von Wafer was that when he got the ball, that's all he seemed to do. Once had it, it was like a black hole where no matter what, he would be trying to score, much like Artest tried to do.

It always seemed (to me at least) that he had a chip on his shoulder and that impaired some of his decision making ability on the court.

Hope his contract is guaranteed because anywhere on this planet you are over paid getting 5M/year for playing 9 mind per game.

He DID NOT have a low basketball IQ... just because he was a slasher, shooter, and a scorer DOES NOT mean he had a low b-ball IQ. He understood the game offensively and would make nice passes which those who weren't students of the game wouldn't pick up on. He also knew how to make himself available. Your comment brings into question your basketball IQ.

Childress is widely considered the biggest flop in Euroleague history.

why is everyone talking down on this man, i understand he was selfish but he was the only guy who gave this team a face besides Ron... His attitude is who he is, and its what u need, atleast someone had it on this team, the man was a scoring machine and who cares if he shot everytime i swear everytime this man shot the ball i thought it was going in and 46% of the time it did...yea his attitude towards the coaches is not the way to go but on the court is were its needed thats y kobe is who he is now, his attitude and will to win is what has made him succesful, has anyone ever thought that hey maybe he just wants to win, nobody likes loosing... i rather have wafer on the team than tmac he had a better shot better dunks and he showed me last year that his tenasity and attitude in games earned him a contract...
