    if not used to trade for a star before/during draft...

    trade down to obtain a future first round pick that is to be used/packaged in future star trades

    3 and 44 plus Bari , Brooks for JJJ and Smart.
    I know it's highly unlikely to happen. I think the Rockets should draft Sheppard and call it a day. He can practice with the team and also play with the Vipers as a PG.
