How many games will the Rockets win in this years' playoffs? Of course, if they miss the playoff, they will have zero playoff wins. If they luck into the playoffs but go down 0-4 in the first round, that would be just as bad. If it is 4 blow-out loses in a row in the 1st round, it would almost be even worse than not making it all together. In my estimation, the grade for Rockets' season should be 0 PO Ws = F 1 PO W = D 2 PO Ws = C 3 PO Ws = B 4(+) PO Ws = A(+) What do you think?
I'll rate them a bit differently. 0 - F 1 - C 2 - B 3 - A 4 - A+ just for the reason that if they get into playoff they are a huge underdog at 7th or 8th seed. there's no way we don't give them a A rating if they can drag the top two seeds to the 7th game I would be quite satisfied (and still believe they are capable of) wining 2 games at least
No, no it wouldn't. Making the playoffs > Not making them. What happens in the playoffs doesn't even affect that equation at all.
