I used to avoid the MSNBC's and CNN's of the world like the plague for the majority of my life until I took a government class in college.

I had the class during the whole lewinsky thing and we were told to watch msnbc or fox or whatever for at least 30 minutes a day. Ever since then all I do is watch political tv when the rockets or the simpsons aren't on.

Foxnews though. Man, that is some of the most biased stuff on tv. I know there aren't many conservative programs out there, but FOX tries to make up for that with 24 hours of biased reporting. I'm not even a liberal and the bias displayed is so obvious. I know there are some biased shows on the liberal side as well like Geraldo.

The whole reason I'm talking about Fox though is they actually say that they're the most balanced 24 hour news station in cable. That always makes me laugh.

Anyway the question I'm posing in this thread is "What's your favorite political news program?"

My vote's for Hardball with Chris Mathews on MSNBC. I think for the most part he's pretty fair to the conservatives and the liberals on his show and he does let them give their points. Also he has some of the best guests.

So whats your favorite political show?

My daddy's a lazy middle class intellectual.
My mommy's on valium, so ineffectual.
Oh Oh, ain't life a mystery?

The O'Reilly Factor--it's not even close.

Hardball always turns into a shouting match--too many guests at once usually.

Fox News is not biased, either. It's just different from what you're used to hearing.

Rupert Murdock. He is behind the conservative Fox. He is the anti-aussie. Aside from a few politicians, there are almost no conservatives in Oz.
