[picture]Please help explain this...Guardian Angel? The night before Easter, my family was at my parent's house. My sis was in from out of town, so I was snapping away w/ my Sony digital camera. Last night, I was looking through the pictures, and I came across this and it stopped me in my tracks. On this pic of my 3 year old, there seems to be some kind of glow with the center of the glow right on top of the crown of my boy's head. There is not any glare coming from anywhere, and there is no reflection either. The pictures before and after this one are clean, so it can't be a smudge or water droplet on the lens. No one else was taking pictures so there was no other flashes going on. I didn't crop out the first pic so you could see the surroundings and maybe pic up something I missed. My boy is saying it's his guardian angel. I'm kind of freaked out.
I'm not a photographer, but I'd guess that it's a lens flare caused by the reflection of your flash off the green cup.
Ok...I've got: 1 Alien 1 Bad Haircut Fairy 3 Lens Flare Is a lens flash a rare occurence. I've taken so many pictures to count and this is the first time I've seen anything like this. I have other pics, while not at the "exact" same positon are still very close.
does every pic you've taken of your 3 year old show the same 'glow' around his head? my guess is probably not...
I would also have to say lens flare, but I bet you could sell that picture on Ebay for big bucks. Advertise it as his guardian angel and make sure to come up with a really good background story and make sure you send a notice to Golden Palace Casino (They tend to buy this sort of stuff).
I was gonna say "hey that's a lens flare... one of only 2 things I can do in Photoshop. The other being PAGE CURL!!". lol.
If nobody has mentioned lens flare, then I'm gonna go with lens flare. If they have then I'm gonna have to say it's a huge, invisible soap bubble.
Would it not be better to just sell the kid? But make sure you say it's your mutant kid, who has telepathic abilities caused by radioactive gas stemming from south Texas refineries.
