Playstation 5 - best games? (especially soccer...)

So I bought a PS 5 in Germany literally when they first came out. Took it to the US with me. The children had been nagging me about wanting to use it, but I basically left it untouched for 2 1/2 years. Partly because I thought the children are too young and already have way too much screen time, and partly because I was concerned that I myself could get a little too addicted if I start playing on it.

Finally, they got their way.

Of course, the first thing I noticed was that I got a model that only does 220V. So I also had to buy a powerful step up converter. And a power cable. And I also bought one of these charger stands for the controllers.

Anyway, I got it to run, realized my account was like 14 years old from Switzerland, from whatever old Playstation I had at some point - no way to select English as the language, etc.

Figured out how to create a new account. Realized I would have to buy my old games again.

Bought NBA 2K25 and TopSpin 2K25 for tennis. Bought some stuff called Astro's Bot and Astro's Playroom for the kids.

Signed up for Plus Premium or whatever it is called.

Two questions:

1) It looks like this Plus Premium thing has a lot of (older, I guess?) games included. Any recommendations?

2) I'm looking for the best soccer game. I used to like Pro Evolution Soccer, but I think it might have been discontinued. Had FIFA 21 or something, and the whole upsell crap and career mode and whatever annoyed me. I basically just want to be able to start a game and have good game play, without having to buy jersey packs or whatever. Any advice?

Any other PS5 "newbie" advice?

Oh, another question - are there any recommended PS5 games with "educational value" for kids (8 and 5)? I mean, if they get way too much screen time, maybe it should at least be something that helps them learn something useful...
