Playoffs Only: Reasons I Rank Celtics Ahead of Spurs, Rockets And Cavs.

    The best: Celtics
    NBA granted the Celtics request for a $8.4 million Disabled Player Exception     for Gordon Hayward. According to CBA rules, Gordon Hayward can still come back this season even if Celtics use DPE. Celtics are now 10 million under the luxury tax line. They might deal Morris and DPE to improve PF position. All 29 other teams like their picks: Lakers first pick, Clippers 2019 first pick, Grizz first pick.and many others. They can easily trade the picks to improve if they want to defeat Cavs.

    2nd best: Spurs
    They have the best coach and best two-way player (Per Michael Jordan)

    3rd best: Rockets
    Too much offensive focus, will be regret for not being upgrade the team defense (read below link)
    Rockets are luckiest. Other team's stars miss more games than Rockets.

    4th best: Cavs
    Old Cavs will need to trade future picks to downgrade their age.

    Celtics are better than Cavs. Isaiah Thomas looked too small vs Warriors. Many TV analysts repeated what
    I have been saying about IT. Defensive liability that good teams will definitely exploit. Cavs look extremely old.

    Rockets had Celtics in Boston before refs dictated the outcome. Celtics had full compliment of players
    minus Gordon Hayward. Rockets were without CP3/ Luc MaM/ Capela.......Gerald Green was signed
    minutes prior with borrowed shoes from Ariza.

    Chances are Danny Ainge does nothing. I will believe he makes a move when I see it. Will judge them
    then. Hayward should stay out until next year.....for his own health.
