Outside of Ian Kennedy, Justin Upton, and Chris Young, there isn't anyone else on the D-Backs that I can name. Milwaukee is too good at home and their rotation is the 2nd best in the NL after Philly.
Why isn't Milwaukee being forced to open their roof? Weather looks pretty good in Wisconsin based on the Packers game. Stupid Selig and his love for screwing Houston every which way possible.
Outside of one reliever pitcher for the Brewers I really like that team. But Francisco Rodriquez is an ass. He was complaining about not being given save opportunities while he was part of a team gearing up for the playoffs and making sure they won their division. He was traded from a team that wasn't even in the playoffs. And that move showed that his head was in the wrong place. The guy was more about himself than doing whatever it takes just to win. He's the one player on the Brewers I really don't care for. Otherwise I like the team a lot.
Very little interest in this series I see Dbacks had their chances in the late innings(that I watched). Didnt take advantage of them though and lost(and are going home now).
Morgan was a great pickup for the Brewers. He has come up big for that team a number of times this season.
They did tie in the top of the 9th to send it to x-tra innings. This series was closer than I thought it would be. Not a bad showing by Arizona. Not quite enough though.
That is true. They did tie it. Felt they could have gotten more though. Part of me really wanted AZ to advance but I'm ok with Milwaukee advancing(and MIL taking out STL or PHI )
D-backs should have gotten more in the 9th. Even after tying the game they had two on with no outs and went to "swinging away", instead of bunting immediately to manufacture the run. By 1 out it was too late.
Well the guy believes he is someone else in this Tony Plush character - so not surprising if you think about it, lol.
