NOW THAT THE T-MAC thing is done. . . let's move on

We got 28 games left I beleive.
What do you think this team does.

What do you think we will finish this season?

    Barring a Trade . . .
I think they will go something like 20-8
    to end up 53 - 29
    At worse 50 - 32

What do you think will be the cutoff for the playoffs?
Will a 50 win team be on the outside looking in?

I agree that we will definitely be a better second half team..

I honestly can't wait to hear what Artest has to say about this! I predict this team to sky-rocket now. We got the talent.

I think the rockets will make the playoffs. But, they need a good luck to pass the 1st round. I wouldn't say it is impossible, but the chance is very small.

If we secure the HCA, entering the 2nd round is not difficult.

If this was the East I would agree, but since it is the West I don't really see any matchups that you could say it would not be difficult.

I think we can get out the 1st Round if we avoid The Lakers and Spurs which we should be able to do if we just play consistent ball.

Sure you are right. Having HCA means we face POR/NOH/MAV in the playoffs and we can take them by 6 with our current roster.

Out of those 3 teams I think we matchup with New Orleans the best.

If Greg Oden has some type of injury that keeps him out the playoffs I would definitely say Portland.

Dallas, I think we matchup well with them too.

I agree all winnable series, but anything can happen.

The good thing about the West this year is The Rockets are not the only team with problems.

Our biggest problem Tracy McGrady has been eliminated. Now the team can move on without him. We now know who will be in the rotation. It's time for some consistency.

    4 or 6 seed
hopefully we will can get mavs or hornet or suns.
60% we can get out of the first round this year, if rest of the team stay health,
10% on getting out of the second round but i still have faiths

For the immediate future our goal needs to be that #4 seed or at least securing homecourt advantage. We have enough talent to make some noise. I'm sure we all realize that by now. This T-Mac situation isn't a death sentence, by any means.

We will lose to the Lakers in the 2nd round. This is the Rockets we're talking about, so we're an automatic 4-5 seed, meaning we play LA in 2nd round.

    We're definitely making the playoffs

    HCA is another story

We really need to start incorporating Mutumbo. If we want to focus on getting our D back in check, more minutes for Deke is the way to go

we'll defintely make the playoffs now that t-mac is gone since we have a stable rotation and now von wafer at the 2 spot. we average six more points without t-mac....SIX. plus our defense can't be any worse than with t-mac hobbling on one leg out there.

i'm confident we can beat any team in the playoffs besides the spurs and lakers. that includes the mavs, nuggets, hornets, jazz, and suns. none of those teams can guard Yao, except the Jazz. but with von wafer, we finally have a perimeter player who can keep defenses honest.

the jazz are known for camping the paint and letting perimeter players go off. unfortunately the past 2 years, our best perimeter shooter was Luther Head. now we have Von Wafer who can shoot and slash, Brent Barry, and Artest who noone on the Jazz can guard.

trust me fellas, this is the year we finally get past the first round. i havn't been this excited for the playoffs since 04/05.
