Now with the departure of Hakeem Olajuwon to Toronto, the Rockets badly needs veteran leadership to guide them through playoff games. So far on our talented youthful team, they only played a combined of 108 games in the playoff (SA-49/Bull-35/Mobley-4/Williams-20). That's awfully very little, considering the fact that Olajuwon himself alone had played 140 throughout his career. I think with playoff picture not too far away, it's time for the Rockets to sign few players that's been around for a long time, sign them to minimum, and they should bring a lot of experiences to the team. So what do you guys think? Any suggestions on whom the Rockets should sign?
I see your point and its a good one but maybe its good thing. With the lack of playoff expierience maybe they wont realize how big the playoffs are and we all know Cat and Steve, they think they can win the title now and I like that.
