If the warriors lose tonight should the rockets rest there players? Last 7 games. Starting Five.? Or could this effect there jelling before playoffs.
Game 1-3: rest key players alternating Game 4-7: play the playoff rotation that mike has in mind but restrict them to 3 quarters and then stick in the scrub JJ
1-7 should all follow the alternating method as needed...... But the rockets have okc and spurs coming up and could chose to play everyone or not to play anyone depending on where they want those 2 teams to be.... I am guessing the Rockets would want OKC to play GS in the first round... and spurs to be 6th seed against Portland (winner plays GS in the 2nd IF they make it) I think that is a ideal scenario for the Rockets and could possibility have hand in deciding that.
Why not let the thunder have this win, this could push the spurs with a 1st round meeting with blazers at the 6th seed. Get the spurs out early. Dont play harden and paul. Let some of your key players sit next 2 games, maybe bring in a few to work them in 3rd quarter, and if the game is close maybe let harden try to win it in the 4th by extending his play. But i wouldn't play Paul or Ariza. If you look at the bracket, id rather play the winner of the jazz and thunder. Say if we do get the pelicans http://www.landofbasketball.com/yearbyyear/2017_2018_playoffs_brackets.htm
