With 90% of our players and team playing poorly and nearly everyone playing with not enough effort, therefore not productive, how can players never ask to be subbed? This is a serious question. I've done it. The worst feeling is when you get the feeling you are letting your team down imo. When I miss a couple of shots, I want someone else to play so we have a better chance at winning. Same for defensive mistakes or not feeling like I'm giving 100%. Does anybody else wonder why this doesn't happen? Especially with a team like ours. For me, it really is the worst effort as a unit I've seen of the Rockets like Leslie said. So yeah..
But i'm guessing you're playing for fun...int he NBA, that's potential career suicide. You want to be out there as much as possible...sort of like the Hoyer-Mallet situation. You don't really want to give your back up the opportunity to outshine you, even if you're cool with them.
