maybe that's all life really is and i'm missing the point, but that just sounds like chemistry/physics. shoot voltage, charges gather, and interact with other charges in a way that i assume would be easily predicted by electricity laws. hmmmmm.
It seems the more they research how life could have started here and elsewhere in the universe the more it looks like life can arise easily from a multitude of simplistic ingredients. I believe the universe is teaming with life forms we cannot even begin to imagine.
Seems interesting. The ability to replicate tho is a tricky process. So I wonder what exactly is replicating here. Splitting in two doesn't mean much to me unless you have 2x the number of atoms/electrons you began with. If that's the case. It seems pretty amazing and I'd like to know how the plasma's did it. And if true, I guess the next question is how did these plasmas start incorporating nucletides.
Again, nothing good can come of this. Have B-Movies taught us nothing of the dangers of hubris and playing God?!?!
