Well, I dropped my blackberry pearl 8100 in the toilet last week. It's a goner.

Are there any other options than ebay to purchase a replacement?

If you go on Harwin, you should find quite a few stores. Not sure exactly where, near hilfcroft or so and 59. You will see lots of stores.

there is a place on crosstimbers by northline mall. its a little rinky dink looking store but they sell all kinds of used phones for all services. blackberry's I don't know but i'm sure they have some. only problem i have no name or number, if you're a houstonian, its in the strip mall with the footlocker outlet.

Ahh. I hate when my phones break. My daughter slobbered my phone to death a few weeks ago, luckily after "resting" for a few days it came back to life. If it wouldn't have I would have gone to wal-mart or target and bought one of their pre-paid phones to replace it.

If you go to Harwin, make sure it's a Blackberry and not a Blackberrie or Blackbery, or Blackgrape, etc.

i posted a thread here wanting to trade a phone along with a couple of other items, but since no one responded i'll give you the phone for free if you want.

it's a lg 8700 phone. really nice looking, only a couple of scratches that are barely noticeable, and works perfectly (it's a "bling" phone). the thing is is that it's a verizon phone and i know your blackberry isn't. i'm not sure if you're looking for the same company as yours or if you wanted a different cell company all together. not sure if you'd have to sign a one year contract or not (not sure how they work that anymore), but at least you wouldn't have to pay for a nice looking phone.

anyhow it's yours if you want. tigercranestyle@gmail.com
