I cannot wait to see this movie. Well, there are lots of other badass things coming out like X2 and the Matrix sequels, but I'm pretty pumped about this movie. I liked this movie when it was called Cutthroat Island. No, really, I did. (I've got the DVD and everything.) I guess I might see this, too, though. Pirates of the Caribbean. Haunted Mansion. What's next for Disney? It's a Small World? Space Mountain?
While I agree with your points about movies based on rides, it's not like there isn't a story to this one. I don't know what to tell you guys. Pirates, ghosts, and adventure, not every movie has to be the Pianist, it's ok to have some good ole' fashion fun. I never saw Cutthroat Island, but I imagine that it sucked. Has anybody even bothered to watch the trailer?
