Sorry if this is already been posted, but Espn.com reports the deal as pretty much done. http://msn.espn.go.com/mlb/news/2002/1024/1450654.html I am just wondering...does Piniella or anyone else think that they could actually help the D-Rays? I mean I think the Mets making a move for Howe could be one that could finally put them back in the playoffs. But is there anyway for Piniella to just get the D-Rays out of the cellar?
