Anyone know a good book or video to rent

My wife swears by it. She's really gotten a lot out of it.

What about that Winsor Pilates thingy? The infomercials are on all night long. Daisy Fuentes and many other celebrities swear it works.

Hey if you cant trust a hot celebrity who can you trust?

A lot of people I work with, who are women, do Pilates, and love it. From what i hear and understand, it's really good for people with bad backs who can't perform the standard strenuous exercises.
