So last night was the first time I got to see the Rockets live since moving out to Orange County. Was a lot of fun. The seats were awesome and we came away with a W. Just wanted to share a few pictures from the game that I was able to take. I wanted to take my SLR but then found out they have strict rules there so I was stuck with a point and shoot and couldn't get any super great pictures. Also put up a video which is pretty close to the one The_YoYo put up but mine goes all the way till the last shot of the game by Griffin. Also as you can hear, the guy that thinks no one liks Martin believes no one loves Battier either lol. All in all it was a great experience and was a lot of fun seeing my team in action again live. A few things of note that were interesting and or funny. - Luis Scola was one of the only people I couldn't get to acknowledge me lol. He was focused in the game. Probably thought we were heckling him. - After almost every play where Blake passed off the ball he was expecting an alley oop and when the play would be a foul or dead ball he would look over to the PG and be like "throw it up" with his hands. He is looking for a highlight dunk every time. Not to see him do those dunks in the game live and at the basic same ground level was beyond sick. It's like he was up there forever. - One of the quarters when we were losing the lead and Chuck was brought back in to deal with Griffin. I said "Chuck Wagon! Go to work on these fools, time to put it away" He looked up at me smiled, winked and gave me a nod as if to say. "You already know, and it's over" - End of the game I was sticking around a bit with The_YoYo and a Clipper fan was just yelling and this is how the conversation went. Clipper Fan: "Houston SUCKS!!!" Me: "Talk to me when you have a championship or two" Clipper Fan: "Whatever man! (Points up to Lakers Championship Banners) We got plenty of championships. What an awesome night for you guys, makes me want to take a plane to see the Rockets this year. LOL at AB Eavesdropping on Del Negro giving directions to Bledsoe.
how big did patterson look to you in person? for some reason he doesn't look a legit 6'9" to me on the court in the limited time he's gotten....

You would be surprised that the tickets are only $145 face value lol He was pretty solid and about the same height as Jordan Hill maybe a tad bit shorter. Nice. Yeah I saw you there and was like hell yeah a Rockets fan court side. Would have been nice to trade with you. Dude that video and pics are nice. Would this pretty much be section 120 Row 1 at Toyota Centre does anyone know? Makes me so much more amped up knowing my first Rockets game is only 5 days away.
