pics from tonight's UT men's college bball season opener

i went to the UT men's basketball home opener tonight. we played southern and we rocked them 89-56. we almost scored 100 points in a 40 minute college game. i had 1st row seats in the o-zone. for those of you that don't know, the o-zone is a special student-only section that is on the lowest level right behind the basketball goals. i high fived all of the players as they ran out of the locker room and jogged around the court and during the 1st half, pj tucker went up for a layup and got fouled. he ended up out of bounds and i stepped down to high five him before he shot his free throw. by the way, andy roddick and huston street were in attendance at the game.

this year is going to be a good year for UT basketball.

 

in the picture with dion dunking, i know the arena looks really empty but it was pretty full. it wasn't fully packed. i'd say 75-80% of the arena was filled. the whole 2 lower sections were packed. the upper deck had hardly any people.

mouton did wear #3 but now dion dowell wears #3.
