    My two favorites with crackers and wine are brie and havarti. In fact I have some brie in the fridge that I'm gonna get into just cause of this thread. Thanks Sam!

    I love cheese. I just had a bunch of Kerrygold Irish Cheddar before dinner.

    Also love gruyere, jarlsberg, whisky cheddar, swiss, gouda, bruder basil, five counties, etc...

    i just recently got turned onto piave.... it's like parmesan's cousin. delicious.

    mozzarella, hands down.

    would pizza still be around if you replaced mozzarella with one of the other cheeses?
