Anytime there's a female on the opposing team, they always have the girl defend me or vice versa even though I'll outway her by 70 lbs. i can say with confidence that I actually play defense unlike 90% of the other players there. I feel a bit insulted. but then i realized most of them don't know how to play team ball anyways. of course, it's a lose-lose situation for me. If I block or steal the ball from her, I get scolded for playing too hard on a girl. But if she hits a jumper on me, it's a bunch of "oohs" and "aahs". but at least i don't apologize like Kam.
Don't let it bother you. Act like a team player, and say something thoughtful, like "I'll play tight end" or something like that.
oh yea, there's also that one dude that takes 30 foot shots every other time down the court but gets pissed when you miss a layup.
Three step solution: 1. Thumb in the eye. 2. Elbow to the ribs. 3. Knee to the thigh. Do this and then we will practice wax on wax off, and paint the house
I wonder what happened to that girl. She was cute. Her name is Rose. I think I said sorry to another girl, and she asked me why I apologized.
lol, I used to go there all the time and nobody passes the ball you know that macalu. It's like that all over Houston it seems. The best team ball that correlated positively with competition I've ever had the honor to play at is Gregory gym in Austin. People actually take roles on a team there it was freaking weird and refreshing at the same time. As for guarding a girl: watch the shot to the nuts on an unnecessary boxout 23 feet from the basket. Other than that muscle her to the basket a few times and face guard her ass and she will eventually succumb to your strength. 9 times out of 10 the person who is guarding me will ask their teammates if they could guard someone else. Help defense is usually a bad idea because most girls that venture into a full court game with men have a nice set shot I love being asked to guard a girl or some other scrub at a court I am new at. I play best with a chip on my shoulder and salivate at a blatant mismatch.
Bah finalsbound always guards me and she Francis blocked me from behind and got the Francis dance out of it
I love being the exception J/K I hate guarding quick players like you, but because I'm not very tall I usually end up doing it anyway. [stalker]By the way, how was your movie on Sunday morning? Can't beat the $5 matinee. District 9, or Julie & Julia?[/stalker]
It's pretty funny to imagine that happening in my head. On the flip side, I can understand a boxout, but a shot to my nuts with your butt is kinda ghey. I think that would lead to an escalating argument esp. if intent was to just do it to be a jackass. Done to me I would probably look at you with a wtf gif. Although it probably wouldn't bode well for your team though as I look for things to get angry at because I play better when mad.
