    I moved to this village a year ago and I saw this beauty in the middle of the night a couple times already. I was too drunk the last 2 times, luckily I was alcohol free last Friday night.

    In China, we call her "Tan Hua" ( 曇花 ), in English, her name is Moon Flower I believe. Unlike other flowers, she blossoms at night only. Not sure if it is common in States but it's relatively rare in Hong Kong.

    Dude. Why only the ladies? :( You don't think we men also want to see some nice-looking flora or fauna?

    There's a tree my parents have in their front yard called "Huele de Noche" [smells at night] that TRULY smells very nicely at night. I will photograph it and show it to y'all later... although I can't photograph the scent.
