Not sure if you're aware of this, but there are places on the web in which you can see actual women's breasts rather than resorting to fapping to some bra padding.

LOL, that's what I was going to say. But as long as we have a pic of the Redskin cheerleaders, it does bring up a good point that I've been raising for a few years now that the Texans cheerleaders wear entirely too much clothing compared to other NFL squads (Redskins, Dolphins, Eagles, etc.) I say this with great respect, but they need to show more cleavage. Those V-neck half-shirt jerseys that they wear don't do it for me. They need to go with a more bikini-like top. Discuss.
That would be a very poorly designed top for the padding to fail like that. I consider myself well versed on the science and craftmanship of bras, and they work better than that. It might be a cup separate from the bra that you stick on your breast (that are actually meant to be warn instead of bras)...or it might actually be under cleavage getting pinched...but it isn't padding built into the bra.
Redskins and Bucs routinely have the best looking cheerleaders. Or maybe it's just the sluttier outfits and/or the color red. The only decent Texans cheerleader outfits are when they do the military outfits. They might as well be wearing a sports bra with a baggy t-shirt instead of the other uniforms they wear.
