Okay, so if I called the "Back to the Future," you all would have been disappointed, but I am loving this Irina Werning project, especially the ones from Buenos Aires. http://irinawerning.com/back-to-the-fut/back-to-the-future/ e.g. s Those are cool, but some are also creepy, maybe depressing. It's like time lapse humans.
Thank you, bobarino! These are wonderful combinations of nostalgia and momento mori with a little humor thrown in. Not to mention the technical aspects of attempting to match (some better than others) clothes, environments, poses, and expressions. Not to mention the period film reproduction. I wonder if these are digital (would be less interesting for the latter technical aspect), though.
rim, I had the same question about the technology used -- I strongly suspect digital methods, but I haven't found out. As to "some better than others," I present:  Uh, okay. She is cute, so I guess this was worth the attempt?
Cool idea. Yeah some are bit creepy, the ones where they're performing the same goofy confused looking and cringing facial expressions. Couple odd choices of pics to reproduce. The pic with her parents is pretty cool. She coulda done more pics, but the logistics of the planning probably makes it difficult.
