Didn't finish college, couldn't catch up with my student loan payments, now the collection agency tried to get money from me, and now I'm slapped with an unpaid debt that I can't get out of... Should I move to another country???
Depends on how you got your student loan. If it's one guaranteed by the government you can't get out of it through bankruptcy. Sounds like you'll have to just set up a payment plan for them.
I don't know about all that considering I'm flat broke... Can I pretend to have cancer, that one should work...
As a taxpayer, I say, pay your damn debt, no matter how long it takes. You are legally and morally obligated.
We all pay taxes , and I really didn't borrow that much from Sallie Mae and it just double up on me like a stack of poker chips... I don't think I should get punished for it though...
Around how much are we talking about? Vicinity? Sell your coche? wedding ring? body? Sperm banks, sell your kidney maybe?
It appears from your posts that you go to movies, have a cell phone, buy tickets for comedy concerts, have cable TV and have Internet access. I'd argue that you weren't broke.
$$$48,000 worth of college tuition at a 2 year private institute... I was only there for like 6/7 months before I dropped out...
You shouldn't be punished? Everyone pays taxes? What a ridiculous attitude. Listen, you borrowed the freaking money. Pay it back. Work something out.
