I've always kinda thought so, but now we have the best evidence ever. <object width="425" height="355"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/NGsGOFgQ8BM"></param><param name="wmode" value="transparent"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/NGsGOFgQ8BM" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" wmode="transparent" width="425" height="355"></embed></object>
Manning getting into a shouting match with a couple of his linemen and he's the aggressor. Vander Jerk sure seems to be wrong about Manning's fire and desire to win.
Jerk?? Damn, that actually made me not hate him so much. The passion he's showing in that clip is probably one of the reasons he's so good. Man, I wish a certain NBA player currently being talked about a lot in the GARM would get pissed like that every one in a while. You know, it would show that he actually CARES about winning...
Impossible to know if Manning is a jerk without knowing the details of the situation he's reacting to.
"Peyton, you need to chill out. You'll never win anything with that kind of leadership." Signed, Tracy McGrady
that wasn't being a jerk, that was called "Taking Charge of Your Team" peyton is the franchise player of the colts, not some numbnut center who thinks he can tell the QB what to do...
Oh, wow. I'll scream at my teammates during basketball games and I'll say it's LEADERSHIP. Thanks for the tip! You know what...? This reminds me of "his airness" always yelling at the refs without the refs giving him a technical... no matter how good these stars are, they'll scream their mouths thinking it's OK... there are other ways to tell teammates how to run things... not yelling...
