I liked the original King Kong (1933) movie, no matter how cheesy the special effects or acting was. I can't wait to see how this one turns out! :D

I hope it doesn't turn out the same as "Godzilla's" re-make. Man, that was horrible.

Peter Jackson's the man, he's not gonna pull the same crap that the Jeff Bridges remake did, this movie is gonna take place in the 30's if I'm not mistaken. I just worry where he's gonna shoot the jungle scenes in New Zealand.

    One question - Why?

You cannot tell me that there are so few decent stories that the world needs a 3rd version of a movie about a giant ape. It was done well the first time - why do it again?

Why can't these directors seek out new projects rather than remaking what's been done before.

What's wrong with a little eye candy?

Besides, a Kong/T-Rex CGI match will kick ass. Better than that giant python or whatever they had in the first remake at least.

It's going to be as bad as Jackson's recent travesties, Lord of the Rings.

Never before has such an amazing story reduced to such ridiculous film, except perhaps the original 1984 Dune movie.

If I had one wish it is that Spielberg would re-do Dune, and do it justice.

I'll have to wait another 50 years for a good LOTR movie.

    What's wrong with the Hulk?

That trailer seemed like a completely plausible person-super-being-thing. (cough)

After All, the Hulk always looked like he could take a Bradley and haphazardly spin it around him!

That's just the crazy Hulk! What a guy!
